Cancel of Order

I dont understand why I had to wait until product is delivered in order to cancel. I tried to cancel after ordering but it was greyed out and said was in processing cannot cancel.  I kept checking until ready to be shipped still could not cancel. Then once it said shipped. The option to cancel is gone.  I have to now wait till delivered to return? It seems like we could stop the delivery to save everyone time.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Support Forums!

 

I'm glad you brought this question to us so that we can try and help you out. As it turns out, once an item has begun the shipping process, there is not a way to stop it from arriving to you if it's not cancelled within the first 30 minutes. Because of this, we wouldn't want to ship an item that we also refunded, so the item must be returned back to us first for the refund to take place. 

 

I apologize that this process takes a bit more time, but we appreciate your patience as we work on getting that back in our hands and your money back to you.
