The message says I can cancel in the first 30 minutes but that feature is never available.
I need to change the shipping address but cannot do anything except call India after everyone is awake.
You need to be more user friendly like Amazon and at least allow an address change or a cancel in the first 30 minutes.

Thanks for sharing those details with us. I can understand how that would be confusing, so I'd be happy to clarify. To have an order modified or cancelled, you would need to contact us within 30-minutes of the order being placed. After that point, we're working on getting the order fulfilled so modifications usually can't be made.
You mentioned that a Private Message was sent to Andrew with the info requested, but I'm not seeing anything of that nature on our end. So that we can look into our options at this point, can you use the blue Private Message option in the right-hand corner of my signature to provide your full name, phone number, email, order number, and the correct address?
