I placed an order that was guaranteed with two-day shipping to be delivered today (4/16) which has now been delayed with no estimated arrival date. Since I'm not going to receive the items by the promised date, I'd like to cancel my order and purchase them from elsewhere. Let me know how I can get this order canceled. I also used a reward certificate and would like to make sure I get my points back
