Can't sign In to my account

When try to sign in, the message appear "Sorry, a problem occurred during sign in. Please try again."

I made cleared cache/cookie and restart my PC, made sure the pop-up block and ad block off but still I cannot sign in.

It took about few hours then I gave it up and I mada a purchase as Guest this time.

I want to add this purchase to my account history.
