I made a purchase of Paintshop Pro 2020 Ultimate and It won't download the rigth version. It keeps trying to download 2021. The file won't run and I never received a CD Key for the 2020 software I bought which would be pointless because it keeps making me download the 2021 version. I just want my money back at this point. I went into the store to have it checked out and they couldn't figure out why it won't install either.
