Per the replies here on the forums from the official corporate employees you should be able to have them look up your order with your name and address and phone number. I don't think that the person you spoke with on the phone wanted to take the time to do it to be honest as Best Buy employees are very helpful on these forums getting things resolved. They have the same look up tools that the chat and phone agents have from my understanding.
You will be helped by a corporate employee on these forums but as you posted thiis at night you will have to wait for a reply from them.
