I placed the order last week but I don't know why the shipping address was wrong. Now it has been shipped and on the way to the wrong address.
I have posted a message here asked for help before it was shipped and now nobody tried to reply me.
So just please help change the address, or intercept the package from usps, or just cancel my order let usps return the package then I can place an another order, or at least contact me. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!

This person was successful in getting BB to call USPS http://www.forums.bestbuy.com/t5/BestBuy-com/Items-being-shipped-to-the-wrong-address/m-p/1102248 ... so it's possible, but the issue is getting a rep that will call USPS for u is the hard part coz u can't divert the shipment, only BB can....
I still haven't picked out a shipment date yet for all of our tvs coz of this mess coz I don't want to end up with a bunch of BB reps who say its not possible to reroute shipments that's out for delivery, when obviously it is possible. Can't cancel it either coz BB reps say we have to reorder at the non-sale price & they refuse to do a price adjustment...

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this many have caused. I would be happy to help shed some light on changing addresses for you.
Generally speaking, you can change shipping or pickup options like the address on an order for about 30 minutes after you place the order. Once the order has begun processing, the order goes into a non-modifiable status. Take a look at the link here for more about this and what you can change before the order processes.
After an order processes, options are a lot more limited. While in order to change a pickup location for an order you would have to be the shipper, the receiver of a product should be able to sign up for UPS My Choice on their website and request to hold the package at a UPS location. If you’re not able to pick up the package, they would hold it for about 5 days and then return it to the sender, Best Buy, where we should process a refund for the product upon it’s return. You could then place another order for the product to be shipped to the correct address.
