Can't change pick up person, please help.

Hello, I hope you can help me, I placed an order that arrives on February 2, but I want to change the person who is going to pick up, but the option changed to gray. Could you help me?

Unfortunately these forums are not meant for immediate assistance. The quickest way would be to call 1-888-BEST-BUY and see if a CSR can over-ride the order. Orders change quickly. You can always place the order again and request to cancel the other order if you can do that for an immediate change on the pickup person, however.
