Can't cancel an order Best Buy failed to deliver on time.

I placed an order ({removed per forum guidelines}6 days ago and paid for express shipping because I needed the item this weekend. It said that it would arrive on 4/24. Instead of arriving, I got an email saying it was delayed and if it didn't ship by 5/1 it would be canceled. I want it canceled NOW, but it won't let me do that. I purchased the item at my local WalMart instead. I called customer service yesterday, but I didn't have an hour and a half to wait on hold for something Best Buy failed to do. I tried calling Customer Service again today and after listening to about 5 minutes of messages that had nothing to do with what I needed, it said "we're sorry but you are calling outside of our regular business hours, pleas ecall back". Unfortunately, it didn't say what regular business hours are for Customer Service, and it's not listed on the website either. This has been a terrible customer service experience. If someone out here at Best Buy could help and actually get my order that Best Buy couldn't deliver as promised cancelled for me, that would be great. Thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on our community forums. I can certainly understand wanting to recieve your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we are only able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of it being placed.
