Today I've ordered 2 macbook airs online, 30 mins later a person called me and asked me for verification. I couldn't understand what he asked me to verify because he has very strong accent and asked him to repeat several times, eventually gave up and hung up the phone. Then I got SMS saying my order cancelled due verification problem, after that I could never order anything from bestbuy.com
Custumer service knows NOTHING
They made me do order again and again for hours just to try one successful order and they all failed AUTOMATICALLY
Methods I tried:
Using different card
Checking names etc
Ordering only 1 macbook
Using different payment method
Please somebody tell me what should I do?? I don't have car I can't drive to best buy, customer service is not helpful at all

When there is an issue with verification, this is typically due to the information (usually addresses) on the payment method, and the billing section of the order do not match.
