I recently pre-ordered the collector's edition for Persona 5 Royal that releases March 31st. However, my address has changed and I can't recieve the order at the address that is listed. I would be pretty annoyed if I am unable to change the shipping address and the item simply gets returned since the item is sold out meaning I can not cancel the order and start a new one.
If there is anyway to change the shipping address the help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. A lot of people are looking forward to Persona 5 Royal, and it's understandable that you're hoping to still receive your copy. Since the Phantom Thieves Edition is currently sold out, we would not be able to modify the shipping address of your order as it would most likely cause it to cancel. We recommend contacting the carrier to have your package held at a pickup location or forwarded to a different address once you receive your tracking information.

Welcome back to our community forums. I'm sure you're looking forward to receiving this game. I'd be glad to give you some more details. We ship pre-orders as soon as they are available to release. I would expect to see an email that your order has been prepared for shipment in the days leading up to the release for this game which should include the tracking number.

I just received the tracking information. However, according to the carrier LSO (Lone Star Overnight), they have a deal with Best Buy that prohibits changes to an address on their end and I must change the address with Best Buy. The package ships tomorrow and since it seems like it's going to be sent straight to an address I won't be at due to COVID-19 (the address I was at is my college dorms which have made us move back to our original homes) what other options do I possibly have?
