Can't Cancel Delayed Order

Hi,

 

I placed an order on bestbuy.com on April 6th, I just received an email that my order is delayed and I don't know when it will be shipped. So I would like to cancel the order. However, when I logged into my account, it told me that I could not many any change.

Please cancel the entire order, the order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.

Welcome to our community.  Depending on the status of an order and how far it has progressed, our options to modify or cancel an order can vary.  Typically, orders can only be modified within 30 minutes of checking out on BestBuy.com, but I can understand your desire to seek assistance after noticing the order had been delayed.
