I called customer service over the phone and I have been put on hold forever.
I have tried to get status from Bestbuy web site, even if I have the right order number and postal code...nothing!
In store...they don't answer the phone!
What else can I do? It is 2019..shoud not Bestbuy you have a chat like every body? They are late.
Can't believe all the trouble just to get simple info.
