Can best buy staff please help?? I got charged twice for my order

Hello I was reaching out because you all billed me twice for my order of a thousand dollars, I am a college student I need that money. If one of you all could reach out to get this sorted out that would be amazing thank you.

The second charge is not a actual charge- it is an authorization as outlined here :

Unfortunately this will tie up funding on your card until the final charge goes through.
