I know this would be frustrating, not receiving a refund. I have reviewed your account and it shows a refund was issued on January 15, 2022. Depending on your banks processing time, it may take up to 7 business days and in some case it can take up to one billing cycle for the return to reflect on your account. If you don’t receive it within that timeframe, please contact me back.

It’s a debit card though, not a credit card. No other company on the planet takes that long. Normally it shows up instantaneously.

Let me ask you this…did you actually do the refund, or did you submit a request? Because if you submitted a request, I know it won’t happen.

I just so frustrated with this entire situation. It shouldn’t be hard. You get an item in, you scan it, it processes and the accounting of return is completed.

If I walk in any store in America and they scan a return, it shows up pending immediately. Can you provide me any kind of transaction number or anything to show where the actual transaction of the return took place?

There has to be a receipt of some sorts.

You make a great point, however if the debit card has a major credit card logo the refund gets credited back to your account. I know whenever I return something I hope to receive the refund as quickly as possible. I'd be glad to provide some more details about our Return & Exchange Promise and this timeline. 

 

Generally, returns can take up to one full billing cycle to show on your statement, but typically will reflect in the account sooner. To confirm, I processed the refund. The refund was processed on Saturday, January 15, 2022, and depending on your banks business hours they may not have started the processed until the following week, 

 

There is not a transaction number as it is tied to the original order number {removed per forum guidelines}. For confirmation I can provide you the case number associated with the refund I processed, which is case number: {removed per forum guidelines}.
