I know this would be frustrating, not receiving a refund. I have reviewed your account and it shows a refund was issued on January 15, 2022. Depending on your banks processing time, it may take up to 7 business days and in some case it can take up to one billing cycle for the return to reflect on your account. You make a great point, however if the debit card has a major credit card logo the refund gets credited back to your account. I know whenever I return something I hope to receive the refund as quickly as possible. I'd be glad to provide some more details about our Return & Exchange Promise and this timeline.
Generally, returns can take up to one full billing cycle to show on your statement, but typically will reflect in the account sooner. To confirm, I processed the refund. The refund was processed on Saturday, January 15, 2022, and depending on your banks business hours they may not have started the processed until the following week,
