I went online to purchase a washer/dryer. I found a washer/dryer that had a bundle deal of $629.99 each. When I put the items in the checkout, the price showed 699.99. I called customer service. After a half hour, they told me there was nothing they could do. They told me to go to the store and they could do a price match. We went to the store and after over a half hour, three employees later, we were told they could not find a way to give us the bundle price. They offered us NOTHING. I would've gone to another store but my husband made the purchases at 699.99 each. I am totally disgusted that we spent way too much time on this and had to go out of our way and still didn't get the bundle price that's offered online. This is NO WAY to conduct business. This has left a very bad impression on me and I'll be sure to share my experience. I have a screen print showing the bundle price. I would like to share this screen print and request a refund for the over charges. I was unable to attach it.
