Hello Best Buy support,
In desperate need of help. I bought a Pixel 7 Pro online on Oct 7, 2022, through the pre-order + trade in process.
HYLA was very slow to get me my trade in kit and I've been bounced between the following support e-mails with unhelpful or no replies:
I sent my old phone as soon as I got the kit and my records show it was delivered at the Trade In Processing Center on October 21.
It's been more than a month at this point and my trade in status has been stuck at Received. I'm at my wits end and any help is greatly greatly appreciated. My credit card bill is almost due and I really need the credit amount to hit as soon as possible.
