Hello All! I recently purchased an item using my best buy credit card and accidentally put in the wrong ZIP code. I no longer wanted the item so after not updating my information Best Buy sent an email saying they were going to cancel my order, fine with me. Today, I received the product and checked my account and it is still asking for payment update information. I do not want this item anymore but I also don't see a charge on my credit card. Would I still be charged for this item if I am unable to return it by the return window? And why would BB still ship my item if, 1) my payment information was incorrect and 2) they sent me an email saying my order was 'canceled' by them for incorrect payment information. Thanks!
