I bought a 270$ Electronic gift card for myself in order to make a large purchase in conjunction with my VISA card. Upon checking out the gift card, I was asked what day I wanted it delivered. I chose the same day. I paid for it and my receipt said that delivery date was August 21st (the same day). I have yet to recieve the gift card and I was told that I will not recieve it until tomorrow. So the issue here is that the website and receipt specify a delivery date of August 21st, yet I am not recieving the card on the promised date. My purchase is time sensitive and I would have not bought the card if I knew it would not be delivered on the promised date. I have asked for my money back but was told it will take 5-7 days to process it back into my account. So im down 270$ and I have no product. This is insulting to a repeat consumer at bestbuy. Im disappointed that your team couldnt fix this when I called.
