Bought $200 princess cruise gift card and never received in email.

Hello, I bought a few gift cards and received 2 out of 3 and I am missing one and have dealt with customer support on phone and they didnt know what to do they sent me a 4 number keycode, but I dont even know whats that for if I dont have the gift card numbers itself. Hopefully someone can go into the system and find my gift card.
