Bought 2 Laptops only one was in the box. Need a refund

I bought 2 laptops recently for myself and my child. Inside the box was only 1 laptop. I have a case open but still have not heard anything back. Called bestbuy elite support (what a JOKE!! 🤣😂) and they just hang up after I tell them the problem. I have pictures of the box and tracking number it came in. The box used was wayy too small for 2 laptops to fit into. I am a day away from letting my bank handle the charge back it's getting ridiulous. Can a mod acutally help me here. I can send the pictures to you immedielty and get this solved quickly hopefully.

Did the packing slip show both were contained in the box? It is not uncommon for items to be sourced from multiple locations and shipped separately.

Don't think I even got a packing slip but on my order history the only tracking I got was one tracking number and the order page says/acts like both are in the 1 box not the other. My guess is bestbuy ran out of stock but who ever picked/boxed it acted like both items were in the box but in reality it was only 1 of the 2 laptops (both were different laptops)
