I bought 2 laptops recently for myself and my child. Inside the box was only 1 laptop. I have a case open but still have not heard anything back. Called bestbuy elite support (what a JOKE!! 🤣😂) and they just hang up after I tell them the problem. I have pictures of the box and tracking number it came in. The box used was wayy too small for 2 laptops to fit into. I am a day away from letting my bank handle the charge back it's getting ridiulous. Can a mod acutally help me here. I can send the pictures to you immedielty and get this solved quickly hopefully.
