Bonus E-gift card email missing

I recently bought a few apple gift car with the bonus $15 best buy gift. I bought them yesterday and I didn't received the confirmation email for the $15 BB egift card. I change the email address because apparently my school email had issues. I changed the email address to my personal gmail address and I'd like to know If need to wait for the confirmation email to arrive to my school email or If the order can be update to received the confirmation email to my personal email. I did receive the apple gift cards and I redemeed them.

I did not get the 3 month trial for the apple tv and $15 egift card. I also ordered a doorbell camera and did not get a confirmation email to my school email. I don't know if the issue is my school email or best buy system. This is one of the reason I also change the email to my personal gmail address.

Welcome to our forums!  I imagine an extra $15 Best Buy e-gift card would come in handy this time of year, so I certainly understand why you’d want to make sure you’re receiving the one you’ve been expecting with your order.

 

First and foremost, I’d recommend adding BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your email contact list, just in case these emails are being filtered to your spam/junk folder, or if your school has this email address automatically blocked.  Additionally, we have seen instances in the past where school email addresses are unable to receive emails from us or any other retailers, so when placing orders through BestBuy.com, I recommend using your personal email address whenever possible.
