I made an order for several Blu-Rays back on the 19th for three Blu-Rays. One, Detective Pikachu (4K) arrived on the 21st and was exactly what I had ordered. The other two, Hotel transylvania & Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, arrived yesterday (the 22nd) and neither contained a digital code as was advertised on the store page. I feel like I was ripped off, considering that the Blu-Ray/DVD combo without a digital code for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is $6.99 as opposed to the $9.99 price I payed for pretty much the same item.
Should I return them (I opened the shrink wrap in vain hope that a digial code would be inside the box)? Could I just get a refund for my $3? Can Best Buy send me the promissed digital codes? Any help would be appreciated!
At the very least, if this is a false listing, please change your site to reflect the actual product consumers will recieve.
