Thank you for registering with the forum, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. It was incredibly generous of you to purchase your daughter an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Having purchased it in January for her birthday this month, I can imagine how excited you were to finally give it to her!
With that said, I understand that the activation didn't go as planned, as she found she was unable to complete its activation. Finding the device to be blacklisted would be incredibly concerning, so I'm glad you reached out. Under our Return & Exchange Promise, cellular devices typically have 14 days to be returned or exchanged. While I understand and applaud your ability to plan well in advance, this may leave us with few options.
