Hi there. I recently made a purchase for an external 5TB hard drive on ebay through your official ebay store on August 17th. It was marked as shipped on August 19th, and meant too arrive via Usps delivery by the 28th. It hasn't. In fact, the last update on the tracking data says "Pre-shipment info sent to Usps, Usps awaiting item". That's on the 19th. There's been absolutely no update. Any attempt to reach out on ebay has been met with silence. I've messaged the page three times now. No response. Opened a claim, but now I have to wait till the 4th to be refunded because they're not responding. I understand you have little if anything to do with the ebay page. But do you at least have some proper contact information so I can get a hold of someone?

Buying from the eBay store has been honestly a terrible experience. With so much competition online honestly think it's basically a waste of time and money to put up with anything like this.
