I placed my order 3 times through an old account and this new account. The first 2 times it was cancelled minutes after the order was placed and only best buy knows why. After a straight 1 week of hassle calling both bestbuy and my credit card company that I was able to get my money back. I am so sick of being bounced off to different departments while calling bestbuy btw!!!!
I decided to start afresh with a new account using my international card again. I place my third order on the 23rd because bestbuy promised to deliver it the next day. The order went through and only a few hours later where I receive the notification that my order was DELAYED. I kept my calm to only wait for the CANCELLATION the very next day.
I mean seriously? Bestbuy does not want to sell their stuff? I need the item for a month now and I couldn't even go through the order placement.
Nooone from bestbuy can give a single reason why my international credit card kept being rejected even though I already used the international billing address!
I just don't why bestbuy has to make life so difficult!
