I bought a Dell inspiron 7000 2 in 1 for $950 from bestbuy. On the Dell website they have the same computer with a better processor, more GB of ram and a better graphics card for only a couple dollars more. I bought my computer 6 months ago and I want a refund. you shouldn't sell for MORE than the manufacturer.

Getting the best price on a laptop is so exciting. That said, we would remind you that computer technology can change a lot in six months and this may be part of the reason you are now seeing a price discrepancy. Specifically in the last six months we've seen amazing innovation from AMD, Apple, and Intel bringing new technologies to the market. Apple themselves released a whole new type of processor that changed the entire mobile computer space for the better! 

This does not mean that there is any problem with your computer, and the Dell Inspiron is an amazing line of computers that should serve you well. Quite the contrary, we actually hope that you have had an amazing six months of performance and got quite a bit of benefit instead of waiting to upgrade. 

We know how important it is to have the perfect laptop and we would never want you questioning your purchase. For this reason, we're glad to stand behind purchases via our Return & Exchange Promise. That said, six months is quite a bit outside of this time and we would not be able to accommodate a return.
