Yesterday, I attempted to place a $90.08 order online using a brand new $100 e-giftcard. About 10 minutes later I got a "Failed Authorization" message. I was forced to cancelled my order. Now my giftcard show it has $9.92 remaining left on it even though my order was cancelled and my card was supposed to have been refunded.
I tried the CashStar giftcard support and Bestbuy support; both were pointing blame at each other. Would you be able to help? I just want gift card balance back so that I can use it.
