I took this to my local Best Buy to return, but they didn't know how to return it because what was sent to me isn't even for sale on Bestbuy.com any longer. The shipping label on the box they shipped it in says "Bestbuy.com Returns". The store employees thought that it was probably an old return that someone made that got shipped to me as a new product. So they said they couldn't help me with returning it in the store, that I needed to contact Bestbuy.com support. At this point I just want to get a refund on this.

As you can see what I was sent is an old model that isn't even available to purchase. Can someone help me with this?
