Registered: ‎11-17-2019 says refund has been processed but it hasn't arrived



I made a purchase on around last Saturday with next day shipping to be sent on Sunday. However, when Sunday came around, the courier couldn't drop the package since my dorm mailroom was already closed at that point and I didn't see their call on my phone till about 20 minutes later. He/she left a voicemail though, and said that it would have to be redelivered since I wasn't available on my phone and the mailroom was closed. I figured it would be alright and having it be redelivered the next day meant it would be all good.


On Monday, though, I checked my order page when I didn't hear about any delivery updates and it said that my order was returned and a refund was going to be processed. I figured meh, it's fine I guess, at least I get my money back. I checked online to see how long it would take to process the refund, and it said up to 7 days for it to be processed by my bank after having the return processed (which it said it already was at that point). This brings us to today.


It's been basically exactly a week since the item was "returned," and says that they've refunded my payment, but it hasn't shown up on my bank app.


I'd really appreciate it if a rep here looked into the situation.

It’s disappointing that the carrier was unable to deliver the package to you. But with the item being returned, we understand that you are anticipating a refund to be issued as quickly as possible. I’m happy to look into this for you.
