Essentially I'm trying to purchase a few items rather urgently and my orders are almost immediately cancelled. Could someone please assist and help me find out why this is happening and how to remedy ASAP.

If you urgently need to place an order, and this could not be completed over the phone through (888) 237-8289, your order may also be able to be placed in person at your local store. Our stores can order most items that are available on our website, even if they are not in stock, and they can also place orders for shipping or store pickup.
It sounds like your orders have been cancelled by our automated systems, and for that I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Typically this type of cancellation occurs when we are unable to verify the billing information provided on the order with the information that is on file with your bank. There are other reasons, such as having the order set to ship to an undeliverable address (freight forwarder, warehouse, hotel, etc.), going over the product quantity limit (placing multiple orders for an item that has a limit on the quantity that is available per customer), or trying to use a gift card to pay for another gift card, which can result in such a cancellation. I would recommend trying to replace the order and ensuring that the information is accurate and the shipping address is to a home, if possible, or visiting your local store to place the order. We do not recommend using a VPN when placing orders through our website.
