Really dissapointed BBY and how they have fallen. I even used to work for them. Holding my refund over 30 days now and I get mixed responses. Did pay with PayPal. Wrong item was received. One tells me they will not refund. Another tells me the warehouse received my item and they will issue refund in 1 week. Another tells me it’s 30 days. Another one tells me to file a police report they can’t do anything and I’m out of over 700 dollars. Mine you I just bought a tv and a fridge from them.

Thanks for sharing this with us here. I would have to agree... that is certainly an order and refund gone wrong. I'm sorry to hear about this, and I hope you know we strive to offer a better experience than this.
