Bestbuy.com CONSTANT password reset

Why is this website such unbelievable garbage? I've been trying to pay my BB credit card for almost 2 hours I cannot log into the Citibank site via BestBuy portal or the bestbuy site I do not have a VPN YET GET REQUESTED EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THIS SITE TO RESET IT'S REALLY MAKING ME MAD. 

 

I know I'm gonna get some stupid response that nothing can be done but I get so blown away by how the hell BestBuy runs its stuff

I am also getting the same issue.   Everytime I login, I have to reset my password.   This is true in the mobile app, Firefox (with all extensions disabled) and Chrome -- on iOS, Windows and macOS, regardless of using VPN, Wi-Fi or LTE.

 

This is absolutely horrible.    When I called about it when it first occurred, the elite program team member just hung up on me when I explained the issue, after getting transferred 4 times.

Also note:   This has been going on for about 1.5 weeks?   This is not an issue that just started today -- previous to 1.5 weeks ago, I never once experienced this issue.

FYI,

 

  I spoke to a gentleman on the Elite side of the house about the login issue, he was able to refresh my account and the issue is now resolved after going through a password reset after said refresh.

 

  I would call and talk to them about this, as he said this happens to accounts and he deals with this procedure at least once per day.
