3 weeks ago I asked for a price match from bestbuy support and they sent me an invoice afterwards. After following the instructions on the invoice, I was able to succesfully finish the purchase (I think I did because it prompted me to close the window) and then I recieved the notification that my virtual AMEX card was deducted the amount I purchased. I checked my account and it says that I dont have any orders made.
Talked to the customer support again and they confirmed that my account doesnt have any purchase made and suggested that I dispute the purchase with my local bank. After 3 weeks of waiting from a response from my bank, they were able to confirm that the merchant rendered my purchase successful and they suggested that I request a refund from Bestbuy. How can I do this if my account says that I dont have any purchases made? I only have one bestbuy account so its impossible that another account was logged in instead of mine.
Now I'm lost and I dont know what to do next. Bestbuy and my local bank (GCash, I'm from the Philippines) has been passing me around for 3 weeks now. Is there anyone I can talk to here for help with this? Again, Im from overseas so calling their customer hotline is not an option.
