Bestbuy charged me twice.

I ordered a mouse from Bestbuy.com along with a laptop.

I later cancelled the laptop because it was taking too long to ship, and shortly after cancellation it was listed out of stock, so it was never in stock to begin with.

The original charge for the mouse was $53.49 on 6/21/21. The item was delivered on 6/24/21.

On 6/29/21 the card was charged a second time for $53.49.

I'm just going to file a dispute with my card holder. This is ridiculous. I was going to give bestbuy another shot with a model that had a different processor but if you're charging people twice im glad I didnt. 1600 for a laptop wouldve ended up costing me 3200. Get your stuff together bestbuy.

Thank you for taking time to bring this to our attention.  I'm concerned to hear about what happened with your order delay and the double charge.  That's certainly not the experience we aim to give you.  I'd be more than happy to take a look into this and see what's going on.

 

Depending on the purchase and credit card company, sometimes you'll see a charge on your card as it authorizes the purchase.  Then, you may see another charge that is the actual payment.  Not long after, you should see that initial one drop off.  Either way, I'd love to look at your account and get it all figured out.
