BestBuy support ignoring me ąž

Hello there, 


I have a complaint about a lost package. According to the information I was provided by checking the package location via tracking number {removed per forum guidelines} - I have received it on the 20th of October 2020. That, obviously, didn’t happen or I wouldn’t be writing this letter to you. 


I have contacted Best Buy support multiple times and every single time I received no help whatsoever. I’ve been told to contact UPS and that there’s nothing else you can do. Well, I have contacted UPS, filled in the lost package form, and, according to the support agent at UPS: “the claim was issued and paperwork was sent to the sender, however, we haven't yet received the filled out claim paperwork from the sender”.


In addition, it seems as though my shipment has arrived at a completely different address than the one I’ve specified when ordering. 


I’ve been instructed, by one of your support agent, to call a certain number (1-888-237-8289), and that, supposedly, will solve my issue. Well, after an hour’s talk I got the same response - “there is nothing we can do, come to the nearest Best Buy shop and talk to the manager”. The problem is - I currently live in Eastern Europe, we don’t have Best Buy shops here. 


I have all documents to prove that all my claims are true. This situation has dragged on for way too long, I just want to get my money back.

  • Your order number
