I purchased new unlocked phone at bestbuy in January of this year, it worked fine until 3 days ago, while i am on vacation in a foreign coutry.
Now its blacklisted.
ATT is telling me that BestBuy needs to take it off the blackilst. Because it is being reported as stolen.
I am being given a run about by bestbuy phone people, being transfered from depertment to departmet.
Please help! I am in a foreign country without working phone or enternet. And please dont just reply with some generic response. I have a receipt in hand for phone purchase, and have called every Bestbuy phone number to get it resolved to no success

Blacklisting has all kinds of meanings and conditions. Apparently it was scanned properly. Did you happen to violate the terms and conditions of international roaming clauses in your mobile contract or plan?

Welcome, kamyshinv,
Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on our community forums and letting us know about your experience with this phone. I know that I use my phone for nearly everything and I can imagine how important it would be while traveling. While I am not aware of any "blacklist" process, I would be glad to look into this here on my end to see what options we may have to assist you.
To begin, I'd like to review your purchase information and will need a few more details in order to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Customer service PIN (located at bottom of receipt)
You can send me a private message by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of this post across from my name. I look forward to hearing back from you.
