I bought an ipad in December, it said "delivered" but I never got the package. I contacted BestBuy and they said they'd send me a new one. I called again after a couple of weeks and they said it was backordered. Then they told me they were out of stock and would refund me. After a week I got an email saying they were closing the case without a refund or replacement.
I contacted BestBuy again and they told me to take it up with UPS. I disliked that, since the costumer doesn't choose the carrier for their packages with BestBuy, but I did as asked anyways. UPS sent me a letter and told me they'd refund BestBuy within the week. After another week of no contact from BestBuy, I called them and they told me they'd investigate. Another week went by and I called again, a customer service representative told me they got the claim title and I should be getting ym refund soon. After another week I got an email saying the refund was refused.
Then I called UPS again to know if they actaully refunded BestBuy, and they informed me that they sent BestBuy the claim title for them to fill out so they could get the refund. Basically it seems that BestBuy got the order to fill up the bureaucracy to get the money from the carrier, but since they already got my money they figured they wouldn't need to bother with that and keep denying me the refund. This has been extremely frustrating and going on for over 3 months now.

Hello. I need some support as well. My order status says processing refund and I have been waiting for over a month. I contacted a rep and was told to wait 24 hours. Still nothing. Unbelievable.

Phone has gotten me nowhere, since it's a call center for platitudes only. After multiple calls to BB and UPS (who were the only ones willing to do something), I am now contacting my credit card for a chargeback. Costumer service has been abysmal here.
