BestBuy is dead for me now.

I made my first purchase from you guys last week and you sent my parcel to someone else with name of Ashley and now you don't accept any responsibility. You point me to carrier and they send me to you. My case ID is {removed per forum guidelines}


Today on your live chat, the operator told me that backoffice deny my request and same operator told me there's nothing to do at this point. I lost my ssd, my money and my time. That's only 103 bucks but I will never use BestBuy again and will share this experience with everyone else.

Welcome to the Best Buy forums!  Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to take a closer look into this, and I believe I have another viable option to pursue! 


I’ve had the chance to view the case you’ve provided, and I’d be unable to offer a different response than what they’ve shared with you.  That said, I would encourage you to open a police report for the theft of your package. 


We’ll be sure to help out as much as possible, and if we’re contacted for any investigations that have been opened up on your behalf, you bet we’ll give our assistance!
