We had ordered a new fridge and install with a relocate on the old (1 year old - also from BB). The installers scratched the front door panels of our current fridge on our doorway (very badly) and had put in a claim. I have heard nothing in a week, and no one will return our calls.
Could someone possibly help us out here?

I'd be happy to assist you where I can. When a damage claim is submitted, the customers are typically sent an email from our insurance company Sedgwick that will give you next steps and request information. Can you tell me if you have received that email?
