Best by.com Customer Service - Terrible

I went online to make a pretty big purchase. I had my eye on a washer & dryer combo for a while. They went “on sale” this morning with a total of $1,481 before taxes. I was making sure all the info was correct. When I went to purchase them the total was almost $2,000. I called customer service. I spoke with Brandon. He said he needed to check with his manager. After a while of being on hold he said the manager said the price online is what it is. I asked to speak to the manager, and was put on hold. The manager did not want to get on the line. He said no. The price is what is it. The managers name is Joseph {removed per forum guidelines}. He wouldn’t get on the phone and explain what their process is. Again, the price changed within minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the way they handled it.

While we would be unable to honor a price that was no longer available, I would recommend keeping an eye on our Top Deals and our Deal of the Day for new sales and promotions.
