Placed pokemon pre-order by April 02. Expected to be delivered by Nov.15. The game was shipped on Nov.14 and since then no update on tracking status.
Called Best Buy yesterday and the customer service said the package is lost. Fine, just ship it again.
When I check the delivery date now, it's Nov. 26! Even I placed a new order today the webpage said it could be delivered by Nov. 21!
I called the customer service again and they said that's how the warehouse worked and they can't do anything about it.
Basically I have to wait for 11 days after the game is released to get a "pre-order" game. Please Best Buy, have a responsibility to your customer.
