Hi,
I have placed an order with bestbuy on Nov1 2022
{removed per forum guidelines}
Fedex shows it delivered on Nov 2 and Fedex put a picture as a proof of delivery where no packages were in the picture, they simply took a picture of entrance and said its delivered,
I called fedex and best buy more than 100 times, and no one is trying to take responsibility, Fedex us telling me to call bestbuy and best buy is telling to contact fedex.
Fedex told me to ask best buy to file a shipper claim or a letter of authorization to let me file a claim, its been 2 and half months, they are playing like anything

every agent tells they feel sorry and feel the pain and tell me they are either escalating to the backend team or arranging a call with super visor, but nothing happened and I havenot received any call or an email from bestbuy,
I called their, corporate office but still it routes to the call center people.
Best buy, Please help
