Best buy refused to refund me for stolen package

I had order an iphone 11 on 11/17/2019 and when i recieved my box it was empty. I called ups and they say they refunded the amount to best buy. Best buy also refused to give me my refund. Ive been calling back and forth for a month and both parties tell me they haven't been contacted and i have to talk to the other company. When i call best buy they deny that they have approved my refund but the investigation was resolved. its been over a month and my iphone hasn't beed replaced or refunded. So basically UPS says the refunded the seller (BestBuy) but Bestbuy doesn't want to refund me (the buyer). What do i do.

I love my iPhone 11 and the thought of opening an empty box would be devastating to me. I too would want to get this taken care of as soon as possible and I hope that our team is able to help out. It seems like you've contacted us and UPS a few times about this, but didn't get any solution that worked for you.
