Best buy Shipt delivery issue

Hi. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered today. The mouse I ordered is being fulfilled by Shipt. I just checked and the order status says ‘Arriving Today’, but Shipt tracking info is now showing ‘Cancelled’ and there is no explanation. I would like to receive my order, but am now confused about the status.

I tried asking through the online chat, but the Customer Care agents can’t help. Every time, they’ve try to transfer me to a specialist, but I end up stuck with a ‘One moment…’ message and nothing happens.
