Hello,
I am very frustrated with Best Buy customer support. I ordered a MacBook Pro 14 inch and had it delivered with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Best Buy decided to just leave it on the porch. The package was stolen and a police report has been filed. I have provided Best Buy all information necessary, and they are refusing to provide any assistance whatsoever. They "terminated" the investigation and said they couldn't do anything despite the fact that it was their drivers fault (it was same day delivery). Never ordering from Best Buy again.

Hello?? I ahve tried clearing cache and cookies as suggested. Still can't send private message. This level of support is absurd.

In general, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies then logging back in your forum profile should resolve the error and allow you to send me a private message.
