Hello,
I ordered two items from bestbuy.com last week. (Order #
{removed per forum guidelines} I specifically changed the shipping address to my current address when I ordered the items. Somehow, one of my items were shipped to my old address. Both of these items were in the same order, so I am not sure why they were shipped to two separate places. I didn't notice the shipping difference until after the item had shipped. The next day, I placed a completely different order. When I checked my order details, I noticed that Best Buy had changed the shipping address for both of these items to my old address. When I placed this second order, I made sure to double check the shipping address before placing it and it was correct. Then, when I got the e-mail, it listed a different address. I was able to cancel it and ship it to my current address, luckily. Still, I am missing one of the items from my first order. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for three days, with no luck. I would really like a refund or a replacement shipped to the correct address. Thanks.
