Best Buy sent me the wrong item

Hello, my name is Kurt and I ordered an open box laptop item thru Best Buy online website. When I received the item, to my surprise. I was sent a complete different laptop. I immediately tried to call Best Buy support and was told today in the morning that I would be sent a refund label and to send it to UPS. After that I was told that they will be giving me a reshipment of the product laptop that I was supposed to get and that I would be getting a confirmation of the reshipment.

8 hours later.. I haven’t received the confirmation… i then went ahead and call Best Buy. To my surprise again, they immediately told me that the reshipment could not be fulfilled because they ran out of stock.. this is such an inconvenience. I just want to get the laptop that I intended on buying. Please reach out to me ASAP.

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forums! Ordering an open-box can be a great way to save some money, but I can certainly understand wanting to get the item that you paid for. I wish you were joining us under better circumstances but I'll be happy to look into this with you to see what options there may be.
