Best Buy says order has "shipping delay" but not accurate

I ordered, and received. An Apple Watch Ultra on Sept 23.  However, the "order status" on the Best Buy web site says 'UPS reports the ordered is delayed in transit', while searching the UPS tracking number shows it correctly "delivered".  How can we correct this so I can process my trade, perhaps return the item, etc.  I tried "chat" support and basically was told "nothing BB could do".
